1. Definitions

"Sueniaco," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Sueniaco.com and its operators, affiliates, successors, and assigns. "You," "user," or "customer" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, or uses the Site. "Products" refers to all physical and digital items offered for sale on the Site. "Order" refers to any purchase request submitted by the user through the Site. "Content" refers to all text, images, graphics, logos, videos, audio, software, data, and other materials available on or through the Site. "RMA" refers to a Return Merchandise Authorization number issued by Sueniaco, which is required before any return may be shipped.

2. Acceptance and Modification of Terms

2.1. By placing an order, creating an account, or using any functionality of the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. 2.2. Sueniaco reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without notice. It is the user's sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. 2.3. If any modification is not acceptable to you, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Site immediately.

3. Products and Descriptions

3.1. Sueniaco.com is an online store that sells wellness and sleep products, including but not limited to sleep devices that utilise deep pressure therapy and therapeutic heat. Products are shipped directly from our suppliers and fulfilment partners to the customer. 3.2. We endeavour to display the colours, images, descriptions, and specifications of our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions, images, or any other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Variations in colour may result from display settings on the user's device. 3.3. We reserve the right, without obligation of prior notice, to: (a) limit purchase quantities of any product; (b) discontinue any product; (c) reject any order in whole or in part; (d) modify the features of any product.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

4.1. Prices are displayed in the currency corresponding to the customer's location and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are exclusive of taxes, customs duties, and import fees unless expressly stated otherwise during the checkout process. 4.2. Taxes, customs duties, import fees, brokerage charges, and other governmental charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. 4.3. We are not responsible for typographical, system, or pricing errors. If a product is displayed with an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refuse to fulfil the order, and refund only the amount actually charged. 4.4. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided, that the information is truthful, complete, and accurate, and that you will not dispute the charge except in accordance with these Terms. 4.5. Sueniaco reserves the right to verify the identity of the purchaser and to request additional documentation before processing or fulfilling any order. Failure to provide requested documentation within five (5) business days may result in cancellation of the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. We work with a network of fulfilment warehouses to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Depending on product availability, your order may ship from one of our domestic partner warehouses or from our primary warehouse in Hong Kong, where our products are manufactured. Orders are processed within an estimated 1 to 3 business days. If your order ships domestically, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days. If your order ships from our Hong Kong facility, please allow 10 to 15 business days for delivery. We always do our best to ship from the closest available location, but fulfilment routing is determined by stock availability and cannot be guaranteed. These timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute a delivery guarantee. Shipping is complimentary on all orders unless otherwise indicated at checkout. 5.2. Sueniaco shall not be liable for delays, losses, damages, or any other issues caused by the carrier, customs services, weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental action, civil unrest, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). 5.3. Title to and risk of loss for all products passes to the customer at the time the package is tendered to the carrier for shipment. Upon delivery to the carrier, Sueniaco's responsibility for the physical condition and location of the product ceases. Nothing in this section limits customer protections required under applicable consumer protection laws. 5.4. It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a valid, complete, and accurate shipping address. Sueniaco is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment to a corrected address will incur a re-shipping fee of $25 USD. 5.5. In the event of a delivery failure due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package, any re-shipping costs shall be borne exclusively by the customer. If the customer does not arrange for re-shipment within fifteen (15) calendar days of the first delivery attempt, the order shall be deemed abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

6. Return and Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED UNDER THIS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY. RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY IN STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS. SUENIACO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY RETURN OR REFUND REQUEST THAT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY. 6.1. Return Window. Return requests must be submitted within sixty (60) calendar days from the date the product was delivered to the customer. No returns will be accepted after this period under any circumstances. The date of delivery shall be determined by carrier tracking records; in the absence of tracking confirmation, the delivery date shall be deemed to be seven (7) business days after the order was shipped. 6.2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No product may be returned without a valid RMA number. To obtain an RMA, the customer must email support@sueniaco.com with: (a) the order number and date of purchase; (b) a detailed description of the reason for the return; (c) at least three (3) clear photographs showing the product in its current condition from different angles; (d) at least two (2) photographs showing the original packaging, including all labels and seals; and (e) a completed Return Request Form, which will be provided upon initial contact. Sueniaco will review the request and, if approved, issue an RMA number within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. Incomplete submissions will be rejected and the customer must resubmit with all required materials. Returns shipped without a valid RMA number will be refused at the point of delivery and returned to the sender at the sender's expense, and no refund will be issued. 6.3. Product Condition. To be eligible for a return, the product must be: (a) in its original, undamaged, and sealed packaging with all tags, labels, inserts, accessories, and seals intact and unbroken; (b) in completely unused and pristine condition, identical to the condition in which it was received; (c) free of any stains, odours, moisture, pet hair, dust, makeup residue, skin oils, or any other evidence of use or environmental exposure; and (d) accompanied by all original documentation, promotional materials, and free gifts included with the order. Products that have been opened beyond the outer shipping packaging, washed, laundered, dry-cleaned, or used in any manner whatsoever — including a single use — may be subject to a partial refund or denial at Sueniaco's reasonable discretion consistent with this policy. 6.4. Return Shipping. The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs, including postage, insurance, tracking, and any customs or duties incurred during return transit. Sueniaco does not provide prepaid return labels under any circumstances. Sueniaco is not responsible for returned products that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed in transit. The customer must use a trackable and insured shipping method; returns sent without tracking will not be acknowledged or processed. Products must be received by Sueniaco or its designated return centre within ten (10) calendar days of RMA issuance, or the RMA will automatically expire and the return will be permanently denied with no option for reinstatement. The customer must provide the tracking number to support@sueniaco.com within twenty-four (24) hours of shipping the return. 6.5. Restocking and Processing Fee. A restocking and processing fee of $45 USD (forty-five United States dollars) will be deducted from all approved refunds. This fee reflects the actual costs incurred by Sueniaco in processing a return, including but not limited to: original outbound shipping costs, return shipping logistics coordination, product inspection, sanitisation, repackaging, and administrative processing. The customer acknowledges and agrees to this fee at the time of purchase. 6.6. Defective or Incorrect Products. If the product arrived defective, damaged during transit, or materially different from the item ordered, the restocking fee may be waived at Sueniaco's reasonable discretion. The customer must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the defect or discrepancy within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this 48-hour window will be processed under the standard return policy, including the full restocking fee. 6.7. Inspection and Approval. Upon receipt of the returned product, Sueniaco will conduct a thorough inspection within ten (10) business days. If the product passes inspection and meets all return eligibility requirements, the refund (less the $45 USD restocking and processing fee and any other applicable deductions) will be processed to the original payment method within an additional five (5) to ten (10) business days. Sueniaco's determination regarding product condition, eligibility, and refund amount is final and binding. 6.8. DENIED RETURNS. SUENIACO RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN ITS REASONABLE DISCRETION CONSISTENT WITH THIS POLICY, TO DENY ANY REFUND REQUEST IF THE RETURNED PRODUCT SHOWS ANY SIGNS OF: (A) USE BEYOND REMOVAL FROM THE OUTER SHIPPING PACKAGING; (B) PHYSICAL DAMAGE, STAINING, ODOUR, MOISTURE, OR COSMETIC IMPERFECTION OF ANY KIND; (C) MISSING, DAMAGED, OR OPENED ORIGINAL PACKAGING, TAGS, SEALS, OR ACCESSORIES; (D) ALTERATION, MODIFICATION, REPAIR, OR TAMPERING; (E) DETERIORATION INCONSISTENT WITH REASONABLE AND CAREFUL HANDLING; OR (F) ABSENCE OF ANY FREE GIFTS, PROMOTIONAL ITEMS, OR DOCUMENTATION ORIGINALLY INCLUDED WITH THE ORDER. IN SUCH CASES, SUENIACO WILL RETAIN THE PRODUCT AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. IF THE CUSTOMER WISHES TO HAVE THE DENIED PRODUCT RETURNED TO THEM, THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY A RETURN SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE OF $35 USD AND MUST REQUEST THE RETURN IN WRITING WITHIN SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS OF RECEIVING THE DENIAL NOTIFICATION. IF NO SUCH REQUEST IS MADE WITHIN THIS PERIOD, SUENIACO MAY DISPOSE OF, DONATE, RECYCLE, RESELL, OR OTHERWISE DEAL WITH THE PRODUCT IN ITS REASONABLE DISCRETION WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE OR OBLIGATION TO THE CUSTOMER. 6.9. Partial Refunds. Sueniaco reserves the right to issue partial refunds where the returned product shows minor signs of use or where packaging is not in original condition but the product remains resalable. The partial refund amount shall be determined by Sueniaco in its reasonable discretion based on the condition of the returned product. 6.10. Non-Refundable Items. The following are non-refundable under any circumstances: (a) digital downloads and digital gifts, including but not limited to eBooks provided with the order; (b) complimentary or promotional products included with purchases; (c) gift cards and store credits; (d) products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase; and (e) products purchased during promotional events where non-refundability was disclosed. 6.11. Chargebacks. If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider without first following the return procedure outlined in this Section 6, Sueniaco reserves the right to: (a) contest the chargeback with all available evidence; (b) suspend the customer's account and refuse future orders; (c) refer the matter to a collections agency; and (d) recover all costs associated with contesting the chargeback, including administrative fees and legal costs. 6.12. Exchange Policy. Sueniaco does not offer direct product exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange a product must initiate a standard return and place a new order separately.

7. Order Cancellation

7.1. Orders may be cancelled within two (2) hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered the fulfilment process. To request cancellation, email support@sueniaco.com with the order number. 7.2. If the order has already been processed, shipped, or tendered to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return and Refund Policy in Section 6. 7.3. Sueniaco reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, any amounts charged will be refunded in full.

8. Acceptable Use of the Site

8.1. By using the Site, you agree not to: (a) use the Site or products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; (b) violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation; (c) infringe on any intellectual property rights; (d) transmit viruses, worms, trojan horses, or other malicious code; (e) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases; (f) interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; (g) collect personal information of other users without their consent; (h) use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access the Site without prior written permission; (i) engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; or (j) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation. 8.2. Sueniaco reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, if it determines in its reasonable discretion that you have violated any provision of these Terms. Such termination shall not limit any other remedies available to Sueniaco at law or in equity.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All Content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of Sueniaco or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. 9.2. The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and freely revocable licence to access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the Site or its Content; (b) download, copy, or account-access any product listings, descriptions, or prices for commercial purposes; (c) use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools; or (d) use the Site or Content in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. 9.3. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, public display, public performance, republication, downloading, storage, or transmission of any Content on the Site is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Sueniaco and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. 10.2. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 10.3. You acknowledge that internet-based data transmissions may not be fully secure, and Sueniaco cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to or from the Site.

11. Product Disclaimer and Health Warnings

PRODUCTS SOLD ON SUENIACO.COM ARE NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE OR MEDICAL CONDITION. OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT MEDICAL DEVICES AND HAVE NOT BEEN EVALUATED, CLEARED, OR APPROVED BY THE U.S. FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA) OR ANY OTHER HEALTH REGULATORY AGENCY IN ANY JURISDICTION. 11.1. Our products are designed exclusively to promote relaxation and improve sleep quality. No medical, scientific, or therapeutic claims are made regarding the efficacy of any product. 11.2. Individual results may vary significantly. Testimonials, reviews, user-generated content, and statistics published on the Site reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of specific results or outcomes. 11.3. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any product, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have a pre-existing medical condition, or are taking medication. 11.4. Sueniaco assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any misuse of its products. Use of all products is at the customer's sole risk. 11.5. By purchasing and using any product from the Site, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with such use.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUENIACO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (A) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND; (B) LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES; (C) DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR PRODUCTS; (D) DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, CONDUCT, OR SERVICES; (E) DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR TRANSMISSION OF YOUR DATA; OR (F) DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF SUENIACO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SUENIACO'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (I) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE ACTUALLY PAID TO SUENIACO IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (II) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD).

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. SUENIACO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (A) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY; (B) FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (C) NON-INFRINGEMENT; (D) TITLE; (E) THAT THE SITE WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE; (F) THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; AND (G) THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. 13.1. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Sueniaco or through the Site shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

14. Indemnification

14.1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sueniaco, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees and court costs) arising from or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Site or products; (b) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; (d) any claim that your use of the Site caused damage to a third party; or (e) any content you submit or transmit through the Site. 14.2. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 15.2. BINDING ARBITRATION. ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION ("AAA") UNDER ITS CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES. THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN THE STATE OF WYOMING. THE ARBITRATOR'S DECISION SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING AND MAY BE ENTERED AS A JUDGMENT IN ANY COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION. 15.3. CLASS ACTION WAIVER. YOU AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS AND DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, OR CONSOLIDATED ACTION. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST SUENIACO. 15.4. Small Claims Exception. Notwithstanding Section 15.2, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdictional limits. 15.5. Injunctive Relief. Nothing in this Section shall prevent Sueniaco from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of Sueniaco's intellectual property rights or confidential information.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Waiver

The failure of Sueniaco to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Sueniaco. No waiver shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

18. Assignment

You may not assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without Sueniaco's prior written consent. Sueniaco may freely assign these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this Section shall be null and void.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies, guidelines, or rules posted on the Site, constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and Sueniaco regarding the use of the Site, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.

20. Statute of Limitations

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER SUCH CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE, OR BE FOREVER BARRED. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF ANY STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS TO THE CONTRARY.

21. Electronic Communications

By using the Site or placing an order, you consent to receive electronic communications from Sueniaco, including but not limited to order confirmations, shipping notifications, promotional emails, and legal notices. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that Sueniaco provides electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

22. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

22.1. The Site uses cookies, tracking pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing behaviour, device characteristics, and interactions with the Site. These technologies are used for purposes including but not limited to: site functionality, analytics, advertising, retargeting, and conversion tracking. 22.2.
